Head Al Snow, whose real name is Allen Ray Sarven, is a retired American professional wrestler, trainer, and actor. He was born on July 18, 1963, in Lima, Ohio, and grew up in a family of wrestling fans.

He began his wrestling career in 1982 and went on to wrestle for various promotions, including the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA).

During his time at WWF, Snow gained significant popularity and success as part of the stable "The Job Squad." He is also well-known for his signature catchphrase "What does everybody want?," which became a popular chant among wrestling fans.

After retiring from wrestling in 2017, Snow continued to work in the industry as a trainer and commentator. He founded Ohio Valley Wrestling, a professional wrestling promotion and training school based in Louisville, Kentucky.

In addition to his wrestling career, Snow has also appeared in several movies and TV shows, including "The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland" and "Storage Wars." He is also a co-host of the trivia podcast "The Two Man Power Trip of Wrestling."
